Ingredients

  • 2 cups of SunRice Basmati Indian Aromatic Rice
  • 500g breast chicken
  • 1 tin of apricots
  • 1 pack of apricot chicken curry paste

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 200°C
  • Based on the number of people add the amounts of rice perferred to a pan and bring to the boil.
  • Add the cooked rice in a large casserole dish.
  • Get a small bowl and mix apricot chicken curry sachet with water until completely mixed through and add to the casserole dish.
  • Add whole tin of apricots and juice in the casserole dish and put in the oven for approx an hour

Tips

For convenience use SunRice White Rice or Brown Rice in 90 seconds.
