Ingredients

  • 1 tblspn oil
  • 2 cups cooked SunRice Long Grain White Rice
  • 6 button mushrooms, sliced thinly
  • 1 small brown onion, diced
  • 3 cloves of garlic, diced or thinly sliced
  • 1 long green chilli, thinly sliced
  • 1 long red chilli, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup corn kernels
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 1 fried egg, thinly sliced
  • 3 middle cut bacon rashers, chopped
  • 3-4 tblspns soy sauce
  • 3-4 tblspns worcestershire sauce
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 6 shallots cut diagonally (optional)

Instructions

  • Cook rice as per pack instructions.
  • Add oil to frypan, then add rice & all other ingredients, cook until heated through.
  • Ready to serve

Tips

  • Serve with meat or can be served cold with a salad & cold meats.
