Ingredients
- 1 tblspn oil
- 2 cups cooked SunRice Long Grain White Rice
- 6 button mushrooms, sliced thinly
- 1 small brown onion, diced
- 3 cloves of garlic, diced or thinly sliced
- 1 long green chilli, thinly sliced
- 1 long red chilli, thinly sliced
- 1 cup corn kernels
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1 fried egg, thinly sliced
- 3 middle cut bacon rashers, chopped
- 3-4 tblspns soy sauce
- 3-4 tblspns worcestershire sauce
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 6 shallots cut diagonally (optional)
Instructions
- Cook rice as per pack instructions.
- Add oil to frypan, then add rice & all other ingredients, cook until heated through.
- Ready to serve
Tips
- Serve with meat or can be served cold with a salad & cold meats.
