Ingredients
8 cups cooked SunRice Medium Grain White Rice
4 eggs, beaten
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
1 tin corned beef, diced
600 ml tomato puree
Salt to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 250 degrees C.
- Fry garlic and corned beef until softened and lightly browned.
- Add tomato puree. Stir continually for 5 minutes until bubbling.
- Take tomato mixture off the heat, add cooked rice, eggs, parmesan cheese and salt. Mix all ingredients together until fully combined.
- Put mix in a baking dish and bake for 1 hour or until golden brown.
Tips
- Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top of mix before putting in oven.
Variations
- Rice can be replaced with any short pasta shape.

nothing beats; sutayed onions and tomato's then fry the tin beef with keens curry powder for a short time and serve on steamed rice. yummo
