Ingredients

3 cups cooked rice
1/4lb grated or chopped cheese
Butter
Milk
Breadcrumbs

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to about 350°F.
  • Mix the breadcrumbs with butter, then set aside.
  • Grease a baking dish with a thin layer of butter. Sprinkle some of the cheese on the base and sides. Add the rice and cheese in alternate layers, then pour in the milk until it fills half of the dish.
  • Top with buttered bread crumbs and bake until the crumbs turn golden brown.

Tips
