Ingredients

2 cups SunRice White Medium Grain Rice
3 cups Beef Stock
2 tblsp Oil
1 tsp Crushed Garlic
100gm Button Mushrooms - halved
500gm Beef Strips
1 1/2 cups Sour Cream
2 tblsp Worcestershire Sauce
4 shallots

Instructions

Combing rice and stock in a large pot and bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer covered for approximately 10-12 minutes. Remove from heat.

Heat oil in frypan over med-high heat and cook mushrooms for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.

Remove mushrooms, add beef and garlic and cook for about 3 minutes until browned.

Reduce heat and add mushrooms and other ingredients to pan and heat through. Serve with Rice.
