Ingredients
1 can black beans
1 cup cooked rice
1 onion chopped
2 tblspn of salsa
1 egg, beaten
Instructions
- Cook the rice as directed on packet.
- Mash the beans well and mix with the onions, rice, egg and salsa.
- Spray a pan with cooking oil and spoon half a cup of mixture onto the pan.
- Flatten and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side.
Tips
- Brown rice can be an option.
