4-6 SunRice Original Thin rice cakes
Honey
2 bananas (mashed)
Toasted coconut (shredded)

Instructions

  • Spread honey over rice cakes top with mashed banana and the toasted coconut.
  • Serve.

Variations

Top with a little chocolate sauce and serve with vanilla ice cream for a delicious light dessert.
