Ingredients

  • 1 SunRice Brown Rice In Cup in 90 Seconds
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 tsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp crushed ginger
  • 1 tsp crushed garlic
  • ½ cup mushrooms (sliced), best are shitake mushrooms
  • 1 cup Chinese cabbage (finely sliced)
  • 150g firm white fish fillet, sliced
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce

Pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Heat the oil’s in a fry pan or wok.
  • Add the ginger and garlic and gently stir fry.
  • Add the mushroom and continue to stir fry for 2 minutes.
  • Add the fish, when almost cooked add the cabbage.
  • Finally add the soy sauce and season with pepper.
  • Heat SunRice Brown Rice In Cup as per pack instructions and place onto a plate, serve with fish, mushroom and cabbage.
