Ingredients
- 1 SunRice Brown Rice In Cup in 90 Seconds
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 2 tsp vegetable oil
- 1 tsp crushed ginger
- 1 tsp crushed garlic
- ½ cup mushrooms (sliced), best are shitake mushrooms
- 1 cup Chinese cabbage (finely sliced)
- 150g firm white fish fillet, sliced
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat the oil’s in a fry pan or wok.
- Add the ginger and garlic and gently stir fry.
- Add the mushroom and continue to stir fry for 2 minutes.
- Add the fish, when almost cooked add the cabbage.
- Finally add the soy sauce and season with pepper.
- Heat SunRice Brown Rice In Cup as per pack instructions and place onto a plate, serve with fish, mushroom and cabbage.
