Ingredients

  • 1 SunRice Brown Rice In Cup in 40 Seconds
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic (chopped)
  • 150g button mushrooms (cut in half)
  • 2 sprigs fresh thyme
  • 1 tsp balsamic vinegar

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Place a frypan on medium heat and add the oil.
  • Add garlic and fry gently, add mushrooms and thyme sautay until almost cooked.
  • Add balsamic vinegar and season to taste.
  • Heat SunRice Brown Rice In Cup as per pack instructions, place onto a plate and serve with warm mushroom salad.

Variations

Add sliced chilli for a little extra spice.
