Ingredients
- 1 SunRice Brown Rice In Cup in 40 Seconds
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 clove garlic (chopped)
- 150g button mushrooms (cut in half)
- 2 sprigs fresh thyme
- 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place a frypan on medium heat and add the oil.
- Add garlic and fry gently, add mushrooms and thyme sautay until almost cooked.
- Add balsamic vinegar and season to taste.
- Heat SunRice Brown Rice In Cup as per pack instructions, place onto a plate and serve with warm mushroom salad.
Variations
Add sliced chilli for a little extra spice.
