Ingredients
- 12 chicken wings cut in half
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce
- 2 tblspns hoisin sauce
- 2 tblspns soy sauce
- 2 tblspns honey
- 2 tblspns brown sugar
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- Garnish with a handful of shallots
- SunRice Medleys wild rice and mushroom
Instructions
- Place chicken wings in a baking dish.
- Combine all other ingredients (excluding shallots) in a jug and pour over chicken. Cover and refrigerate for at least 15 mins.
- Preheat oven to 180�°C. Place baking dish in oven; turn wings several times during the cooking process.
- Remove wings from baking dish and place on serving platter. Spoon sauce from baking dish over the top and add slivered shallots to garnish.
- Serve with SunRice Medleys wild rice and mushroom
Tips
- Marinate wings over night.
- If you find the sauce has carmalised too quickly reduce oven temperature.
