Ingredients

  • 12 chicken wings cut in half
  • 1/2 cup tomato sauce
  • 2 tblspns hoisin sauce
  • 2 tblspns soy sauce
  • 2 tblspns honey
  • 2 tblspns brown sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • Garnish with a handful of shallots
  • SunRice Medleys wild rice and mushroom

Instructions

  • Place chicken wings in a baking dish.
  • Combine all other ingredients (excluding shallots) in a jug and pour over chicken. Cover and refrigerate for at least 15 mins.
  • Preheat oven to 180Ã?°C. Place baking dish in oven; turn wings several times during the cooking process.
  • Remove wings from baking dish and place on serving platter. Spoon sauce from baking dish over the top and add slivered shallots to garnish.
  • Serve with SunRice Medleys wild rice and mushroom

Tips

  • Marinate wings over night.
  • If you find the sauce has carmalised too quickly reduce oven temperature.
