Ingredients
- 1 x 250g SunRice Roast Flavoured Chicken Rice in 90 seconds
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 skinless chicken breasts, thinly sliced
- 1 tblspn olive or peanut oil
- 2 large handfuls snow peas, topped and tailed
- 2 tblspn oyster sauce
- 50g roasted cashew nuts to garnish
Instructions
Saute the onion and chicken in a hot frying pan or wok with oil until cooked through and browned. Add a touch of water while cooking to keep it moist. Microwave SunRice Roast Flavoured Chicken Rice in 90 seconds as per pack instructions. Add snow peas and oyster sauce along with 60-80ml of water. Toss through for 1-2 minutes until heated and the snow peas are cooked, but still crisp. Spoon onto serving plates over the rice. Garnish with roasted cashews.
