Ingredients
1 x 250g Sunrice Medium Grain Brown Rice in 90 seconds
300g canned chickpeas
10 fresh green beans, cooked
100g tuna chunks in brine, drained
6 cherry tomatoes, halved
4 tblspn light mayonnaise
salt and pepper
Instructions
- Rinse and drain chickpeas.
- Slice green beans finely.
- In a bowl, mix all the ingrdients with mayonnaise and season with salt and pepper.
