Chilli Beans and Rice Back

Ingredients
1 SunRice 250g Long Grain Microwave rice
1 large onion sliced
2 cloves of onion diced
1 teaspoon of chilli flakes
2 teaspoons butter
1 can red kidney beans
1 can diced tomatoes
3 teaspoons of gravox
1/2 cup freshly chopped parsley
Instructions
- Heat butter in frying pan and add the onions, garlic and chilli flakes until onion is clear.
- Add the kidney beans and diced tomatoes and heat through.
- Mix gravox with 1/2 cup of water and add to bean mix with fresh parsley and bring to a simmer.
Cook rice as per packet instructions.
Place rice on plate and top with Chilli Beans. Sprinkle a little fresh parsley on top and serve.

Would be better with fresh chilli and could substitute capsicum for those who cannot tolerate chilli.
