Ingredients
- 4 SunRice Original Thick Rice Cakes
- 375g milk chocolate
- 1/2 cup diced dried apricots
- 1/2 cup toasted sliced almonds
Instructions
Place chocolate in heatproof bowl and lower into saucepan of water on low heat. Crumble the rice cakes. Once chocolate has melted add all ingredients and combine with a wooden spoon. With a tablespoon take out one spoon full at a time and scoop on to a baking sheet, place in a cool place and let harden for a few minutes.
Variations
Use dark chocolate or white chocolate instead of milk chocolate and raisins or dried cranberries instead of apricots.
