Ingredients
1 cup Sunrice Medium Grain White Rice
1 cup mixed vegetables (peas, corn, carrot etc)
1/2 cup diced chicken, ham or bacon
Soy sauce (to taste)
Honey (to taste)
1 tspn minced garlic
Oil
Instructions
- Half cook the rice on stove top as per packet instructions. Drain (cool if you have time).
- Throw vegetables and ham/bacon/chicken in an oiled hot frypan or wok until mostly cooked. Add cooked rice.
- Cook a few minutes more then add soy sauce, honey and garlic until the taste is as you like it.
- Toss in the pan for one minute and serve!!
