Ingredients
1 cup SunRice Long Grain White Rice
1 chicken stock cube
2 eggs, lightly beaten
Instructions
- Cook rice as per directions on pack with the chicken stock cube included.
- Fry the eggs in a little oil and chop them up.
- Stir eggs into cooked rice.
Variations
- You can add ham or peas for something different.
