Ingredients
- 2 cups of SunRice Basmati Indian Aromatic rice
- 5 cups thinly sliced carrot, cabbage, capsicum, beans, coriander leaves, celery and green peas
- 1 egg
- 3 tspn Salt
- Pepper
- 1 tspn cooked & sliced meat (beef, pork or chicken)
- 1 cup cooked prawns
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1 tspn chilli sauce
- 1 tspn oil
- Coriander leaves to decorate
Instructions
- Steam carrot, cabbage, beans and green peas.
- Heat oil in a pan; sauté the egg well by adding salt and pepper.
- Add boiled rice, vegetables, meat, and prawns
- Sauté well by adding chilli sauce and soy sauce.
- Remove from stove.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
Tips
- If you prefer it hotter try fresh chillies or for less spicy add some yoghurt sauce
