Ingredients

  • 2 cups of SunRice Basmati Indian Aromatic rice
  • 5 cups thinly sliced carrot, cabbage, capsicum, beans, coriander leaves, celery and green peas
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tspn Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 tspn cooked & sliced meat (beef, pork or chicken)
  • 1 cup cooked prawns
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tspn chilli sauce
  • 1 tspn oil
  • Coriander leaves to decorate

Instructions

  • Steam carrot, cabbage, beans and green peas.
  • Heat oil in a pan; sauté the egg well by adding salt and pepper.
  • Add boiled rice, vegetables, meat, and prawns
  • Sauté well by adding chilli sauce and soy sauce.
  • Remove from stove.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.

Tips

  • If you prefer it hotter try fresh chillies or for less spicy add some yoghurt sauce
