Ingredients
2 cups Sunrice Jasmine rice
250 grams round steak, thinly sliced
3 tblspns honey
2 rashers bacon, roughly chopped
2 eggs, well beaten
1 carrot, grated
2 spring onions, finely chopped
1/2 capsicum, finely chopped
handful of bean shoots, roughly chopped
soy sauce to taste
Instructions
- Place beef and honey in a bowl and marinate for at least an hour.
- Cook rice as per directions on pack and set aside to cool.
- In a hot wok cook beef and bacon in small batches and set aside.
- Pour egg into wok and swirl around to form an omlette, just as it is setting turn over. Take out and finely chop.
- Stir fry vegetables until just starting to soften, return meat and egg to wok and add rice. Stir through soy sauce to suit your taste.
- Ready to be served as a side dish and delicious as a main meal

- Beef best marinated overnight

this sounds great! There are so many different variations of fried rice but this one is a stand out
