Ingredients

  • 500g chicken breast or chicken wings
  • 3 cups corn flour
  • 3 cups plain flour
  • 2 white eggs
  • 2 cups cold water
  • 1 tspn salt
  • 3 cups honey
  • 2 tspns of oil
  • SunRice Long Grain White Rice in 90 seconds

Instructions

  • Cut the chicken breast into medium pieces and add to a bowl, mix in corn flour.
  • In another bowl, add 2 white eggs, salt, cold water and flour.
  • Combine ingredients in both bowls mix together thoroughly.
  • Heat the pan for deep-fried. When its hot, fry the chicken until golden brown, remove.
  • Microwave SunRice Long Grain White Rice in 90 seconds.
  • Meanwhile, heat the frying pan. Then put some oil, then the chicken plus the honey. Mix all together until the chicken is covered in honey.
  • Serve with rice

Tips

  • Ensure the chicken is well cooked before deep-frying.

Variations

  • Replace chicken with pork tender loin.
