Ingredients
- 500g chicken breast or chicken wings
- 3 cups corn flour
- 3 cups plain flour
- 2 white eggs
- 2 cups cold water
- 1 tspn salt
- 3 cups honey
- 2 tspns of oil
- SunRice Long Grain White Rice in 90 seconds
Instructions
- Cut the chicken breast into medium pieces and add to a bowl, mix in corn flour.
- In another bowl, add 2 white eggs, salt, cold water and flour.
- Combine ingredients in both bowls mix together thoroughly.
- Heat the pan for deep-fried. When its hot, fry the chicken until golden brown, remove.
- Microwave SunRice Long Grain White Rice in 90 seconds.
- Meanwhile, heat the frying pan. Then put some oil, then the chicken plus the honey. Mix all together until the chicken is covered in honey.
- Serve with rice
Tips
- Ensure the chicken is well cooked before deep-frying.
Variations
- Replace chicken with pork tender loin.
