Ingredients

  • 2 celery sticks
  • 1 onion
  • 1 fresh chilli
  • 3 garlic gloves
  • 1 small sweet potato, diced
  • 1 potato, diced
  • Celery seeds comurin garmin of masala
  • SunRice Basmati Indian Aromatic Rice

Instructions

  • Stir fry all together in sesame oil take to the side after 1 minute.
  • Lightly plain flower fish fillets can be any sort
  • Pan fry for 5 minutes add vegetables that you have fried and fish stock simmer for 20 mins then serve with SunRice Basmati Indian Aromatic Rice

Tips

  • Ensure everything is kept hot in the cooking time

Variations

  • Pork, beef or chicken can also be used.
