Ingredients
- 2 celery sticks
- 1 onion
- 1 fresh chilli
- 3 garlic gloves
- 1 small sweet potato, diced
- 1 potato, diced
- Celery seeds comurin garmin of masala
- SunRice Basmati Indian Aromatic Rice
Instructions
- Stir fry all together in sesame oil take to the side after 1 minute.
- Lightly plain flower fish fillets can be any sort
- Pan fry for 5 minutes add vegetables that you have fried and fish stock simmer for 20 mins then serve with SunRice Basmati Indian Aromatic Rice
Tips
- Ensure everything is kept hot in the cooking time
Variations
- Pork, beef or chicken can also be used.
