Ingredients
2 cups of cooked rice
1 medium onion sliced
1/2 capsicum sliced
1 tspn corriander powder
Chilli powder to taste
1 tspn garam masala
1 tblspn vegetable oil
1/2 tspn cumin
Instructions
- Heat the oil.
- Fry the cumin, onions and capsicum together.
- Put in the cooked rice.
- Add all the other ingredients and mix well.
