Ingredients

2 cups cooked SunRice Jasmine rice
1 garlic clove, sliced thinly
2 chinese sausages, sliced thinly
1 fresh chilli, finely chopped
100g mushrooms, sliced
1 tblspn sweet soy sauce
1 tspn beef stock concentrate
salt to taste
oil

Instructions

  • Heat oil in wok and fry garlic.
  • Once fragrant, add all remaining ingredients except for rice. Stir fry until cooked.
  • Finally add the cooked rice and heat through. Serve.

Tips

  • Leftover rice cooked the night before gives the best results.

Variations

  • Any meat or vegies can be added.
  • A fried egg per person can be served on top of rice.
