Ingredients
2 cups cooked SunRice Jasmine rice
1 garlic clove, sliced thinly
2 chinese sausages, sliced thinly
1 fresh chilli, finely chopped
100g mushrooms, sliced
1 tblspn sweet soy sauce
1 tspn beef stock concentrate
salt to taste
oil
Instructions
- Heat oil in wok and fry garlic.
- Once fragrant, add all remaining ingredients except for rice. Stir fry until cooked.
- Finally add the cooked rice and heat through. Serve.
Tips
- Leftover rice cooked the night before gives the best results.
Variations
- Any meat or vegies can be added.
- A fried egg per person can be served on top of rice.
