Ingredients
- 2 cups SunRice long grain
- 750gms Raw King Prawns
- 5 cloves Garlic
- 1/4 cup White Wine
- 3 tbl spoon Olive Oil
- 1 tbl spoon Butter
- 3/4 cup Thickened Cream
- Pinch Chilli flakes
- tsp Cornflour for thickening
- Cracked Pepper & Sea Salt to taste
Instructions
- Heat oil and butter, and crushed garlic in lge frypan
- Add prawns quickly cook until turning pink, put aside
- Add wine, pepper&salt, chilli flakes, blended cornflour until combined & thickened, simmer
- Return Prawns to pan for short time until heated do not overcook prawns.
- Cook rice as per directions on pack
- Pour Prawns and Sauce over Rice and serve
