Ingredients

  • 2 cups SunRice long grain
  • 750gms Raw King Prawns
  • 5 cloves Garlic
  • 1/4 cup White Wine
  • 3 tbl spoon Olive Oil
  • 1 tbl spoon Butter
  • 3/4 cup Thickened Cream
  • Pinch Chilli flakes
  • tsp Cornflour for thickening
  • Cracked Pepper & Sea Salt to taste

Instructions

  • Heat oil and butter, and crushed garlic in lge frypan
  • Add prawns quickly cook until turning pink, put aside
  • Add wine, pepper&salt, chilli flakes, blended cornflour until combined & thickened, simmer
  • Return Prawns to pan for short time until heated do not overcook prawns.
  • Cook rice as per directions on pack
  • Pour Prawns and Sauce over Rice and serve
