Ingredients

  • 250g dried macaroni pasta
  • 1 tin tomato soup
  • 1 small onion
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup grated cheese
  • 200g diced bacon

Instructions

  • Cook pasta in a large saucepan of boiling water for 10-15 minutes, or until tender.
  • Heat oil in a saucepan and cook diced onion and bacon until softened.
  • Combine onion, bacon, macaroni, tomato soup, milk and half the cheese together in an ovenproof dish.
  • Preheat oven to 180°C. Add remaining cheese over top and bake 20 - 30 mins in a moderate oven or until cheese is browned.

Tips

  • Taste best with Heinz tomato soup but you can use any brand.

sounds too unhealthy with the cheese & canned soup(I suggest **** using a low salt soup and reduced fat cheese)
