Ingredients
- 1 can Ayam Mackerel Fillets in Black Bean Sauce
- 1 cup raw rice, rinse well
- 6 cups water or chicken stock
- ginger pieces
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Boil water or stock in a pot. Add rice and ginger pieces to boiling water. Cover and cook over a simmering flame, until porridge is thick. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot with Ayam Mackerel Fillets in Black Bean Sauce.
