Ingredients
200g Rice
600ml Milk
Pinch of Nutmeg
140g Dried Apricots
1 tblspn honey
Juice of one orange
4 tblspn of fromache frais or thick cream
Instructions
- Add rice milk and nutmeg and microwave on high for 5 mins.
- Bring out to stand for 1 min and then microwave for another 5-6 mins until milk is absorbed.
- Mix together apricots,honey and orange juice. Microwave for 1 min, add grated orange zest and fromache frais or thick cream.
- Add apricots and mix altogether, serve with honey on top.

Having tried recipes such as this many times, I doubt the rice would be properly cooked given the time and the quantities. Which is why I developed my stove top baked rice ... if I can even work out how to submit it.
