Ingredients
- 3/4 cup SunRice Jasmine Rice
- 1.5 litres vegetable stock
- 1/3 cup Ayam Plum Sauce
- 2 tblspn Ayam Black Bean Sauce
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 large zucchini, chopped
- 150g Chinese cabbage, chopped
- 1 cup fresh or frozen peas
- 420g soya beans, drained
Instructions
Cook rice according to instructions on the packet. Meanwhile, in a large saucepan combine stock with remaining ingredients, bring to the boil, reduce heat to low and cook for 2 minutes or until the vegetables are tender. Spoon rice into serving bowls and spoon vegetables and stock over.
