Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup SunRice Jasmine Rice
  • 1.5 litres vegetable stock
  • 1/3 cup Ayam Plum Sauce
  • 2 tblspn Ayam Black Bean Sauce
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 large zucchini, chopped
  • 150g Chinese cabbage, chopped
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen peas
  • 420g soya beans, drained

Instructions

Cook rice according to instructions on the packet. Meanwhile, in a large saucepan combine stock with remaining ingredients, bring to the boil, reduce heat to low and cook for 2 minutes or until the vegetables are tender. Spoon rice into serving bowls and spoon vegetables and stock over.
