Ingredients
- 16 x SunRice Thick Original Rice Cakes
- 2 punnets fresh raspberries
- 1 1/2 cup honey yoghurt
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate shavings (chocolate sprinkles)
- 1/2 bunch mint
Instructions
Roughly crush SunRice Thick Original Rice Cakes into a desert bowl, (cocktail glasses for an individual serve or a deep plate/plater to share).
Add raspberries, drizzle with yoghurt.
Add chocolate and garnish with mint.
Tips
If fresh raspberries are not available you can use frozen.
Prepare immediately prior to serving.
Use four thin SunRice Original Rice Cakes per serve depending on serving dish size.
To get nice chocolate shavings, scrape the back of a dark chocolate bar with a sharp knife.
Variations
Sprinkle with toasted nuts, try with other berries such as strawberries, blueberries or a mixture.
