Ingredients

1 cup SunRice Long Grain White Rice
1 cup water
3 cups milk
1 cup dried fruit
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cardamon
1 cup vanilla yoghurt

Instructions

1. Combine rice and water and bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 8-10 minutes.

2. Stir in mixed fuit, sugar, vanilla and spice. Return to boil. Simmer for 40-45 minutes until rice is tender.

3. Serve with yoghurt.

Variations

Top with glazed cherries for a Christmas feel
