Ingredients
- 115g (1 cup) vermicelli egg noodles, broken down
- 2 cups, 400g SunRice Long Grain White Rice
- 1L (4 cups) water
- 50g salt reduced butter
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat butter on a frying pan on low heat.
- Add vermicelli egg noodles, stir through until brown, add rice followed by water, bring to boil.
- Simmer for approx 20 mins on very low heat. Once cooked let sit for another 5-10 minutes.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
