Ingredients
16 x SunRice Honey Sweet Cakes
2 punnet fresh raspberries
1 1/2 cup Honey yoghurt
1/2 cup dark chocolate shavings (chocolate sprinkles)
1/2 bunch mint
Instructions
1) Roughly crush SunRice Thick Original Rice Cakes into a desert bowl, (cocktail glasses for an individual serve or a deep plate/plater to share).
2) Add raspberries, drizzle with yoghurt.
3) Add chocolate and garnish with mint.
Tips
- If fresh raspberries are not available you can use frozen.
- Prepare immediately prior to serving.
- Use four SunRice Apple & Cinnamon Sweet Cakes
- To get nice chocolate shavings, scrape the back of a dark chocolate bar with a sharp knife.
Variations
Sprinkle with toasted nuts, try with other berries such as strawberries, blueberries or a mixture.
