Ingredients

8 arrowroot biscuits
1/2 cup sultanas
1/2 cup SunRice white rice (overcooked)
400g can condensed milk
2 talblespoons of cocoa
1/2 cups coconut
1/3 of crushed almonds

Instructions

1. Soak 1/2 cups of sultanas in 1/2 cup rum for 2 hours or overnight if possible.

2. Crush biscuits and then add the sultanas, 1/2 cup of overcooked white rice (well drained) and 1 tin of condensed milk.

3. Add 2 tablespoons of cocoa and 1/2 cup coconut and 1/3 cup of crushed almonds, then mix all together.

4. Mould into small round balls and roll in extra coconut. Place in fridge and enjoy.

Tips

If still a little moist add more coconut so it is easier to roll into coconut.

Variations

You can also add chocolate chips or different nuts.
