Ingredients
- 8 x SunRice Thin Sour Cream and Chives Rice Cakes
- 200g cream cheese, spreadable
- 200g smoked salmon slices
- 100g Baby spinach, washed
- 1/2 spanish onion, sliced
- 2 tspn baby capers
- 2 tspn balsamic vinegar
- 2 tblspn extra virgin olive oil
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
Spread cheese onto SunRice Thin Sour Cream and Chives Rice Cakes.
Add smoked salmon, baby spinach and onion. Lightly drizzle with balsamic vinegar and olive oil. Sprinkle with capers and season with pepper.
Tips
Prepare immediately prior to serving
Variations
Substitute smoked salmon with tuna slices.
Substitute SunRice Thin Sour Cream and Chives Rice Cakes with SunRice Thin Mixed Grain Rice Cakes.
