Ingredients
2 cups of SunRice Basmati Rice
2 whole chicken breasts, cut into strips
1 brown Onion
4 heaped tblspn of peanut butter
1 can coconut milk
1 heaped tspn of curry paste (mild)
1 tblspn of palm sugar
Instructions
- Chop up onion cook in saucepan.
- Add curry paste and all other ingredients.
- Cook rice as per directions on pack.
- Serve.
