Ingredients

  • 1 Pouch SunRice Singapore Style Fried Rice
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp ginger (finely chopped)
  • 2 cloves garlic (chopped)
  • 1 red chilli (chopped)
  • 1 cup tomato sauce (pasta sauce)
  • 2 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
  • 250g crab meat (cooked)
  • ½ bunch coriander (chopped)

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Heat oil in a pan to medium, add ginger, garlic and chilli, fry gently for 30 seconds.
  • Add tomato sauce, sweet chilli sauce and simmer for 2 minutes.
  • Add crab meat, coriander, season to taste and heat for a further 2 minutes.
  • Heat SunRice Singapore Style Fried Rice as per pack instructions.
  • Place SunRice Singapore Style Fried Rice into a bowl and top with chilli crab.

Tips

Garnish with sprigs of coriander and sliced spring onion.

Variations

Try with prawns instead of crabmeat.
