Ingredients
- 1 Pouch SunRice Singapore Style Fried Rice
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp ginger (finely chopped)
- 2 cloves garlic (chopped)
- 1 red chilli (chopped)
- 1 cup tomato sauce (pasta sauce)
- 2 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
- 250g crab meat (cooked)
- ½ bunch coriander (chopped)
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan to medium, add ginger, garlic and chilli, fry gently for 30 seconds.
- Add tomato sauce, sweet chilli sauce and simmer for 2 minutes.
- Add crab meat, coriander, season to taste and heat for a further 2 minutes.
- Heat SunRice Singapore Style Fried Rice as per pack instructions.
- Place SunRice Singapore Style Fried Rice into a bowl and top with chilli crab.
Tips
Garnish with sprigs of coriander and sliced spring onion.
Variations
Try with prawns instead of crabmeat.
