Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups of SunRice White Rice
- 500g beef mince
- 4 spring onions, chopped
- 1 tblspn finally chopped water chestnut
- 1 tblspn oyster sauce
- 2 tspns sweet chilli
- 2 pressed garlic cloves
- 1 tblspn grated fresh ginger
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Add rice in cold water for 30 mins, then drain.
- mix all the ingredients in a bowl except for the rice.
- form the mixture to walnut size balls, roll the balls in the rice.
- steam the balls in a steam cooker or just boil up water in a pot and use a stainless steel pasta strainer on top.
- steam the balls for about 25-30 min until the rice is soft.
- serve with dipping sauces.
