Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups of SunRice White Rice
  • 500g beef mince
  • 4 spring onions, chopped
  • 1 tblspn finally chopped water chestnut
  • 1 tblspn oyster sauce
  • 2 tspns sweet chilli
  • 2 pressed garlic cloves
  • 1 tblspn grated fresh ginger
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  • Add rice in cold water for 30 mins, then drain.
  • mix all the ingredients in a bowl except for the rice.
  • form the mixture to walnut size balls, roll the balls in the rice.
  • steam the balls in a steam cooker or just boil up water in a pot and use a stainless steel pasta strainer on top.
  • steam the balls for about 25-30 min until the rice is soft.
  • serve with dipping sauces.
