Ingredients
- 2 carrots
- 2 bok choy
- 1 red capsicum
- 1 onion
- 1 cup snow peas
- 1 cup mushrooms
- 1 vegetable stock cube
- 2 tblspns black bean sauce
- 2 tblspns hoi sin sauce
- 1 cup of SunRice Long Grain White Rice
Instructions
- Cook rice as per pack instructions. Set aside.
- Slice onion and place in heated wok. Chop carrots, bok choy, mushrooms, capsicum and combine with browned onion.
- Add stock to the wok. Add snow peas, black bean and hoi sin sauce and mix thoroughly. Turn to low heat and allow to simmer.
- Dish out rice and place a scoop of wok mixture upon each serving.
Variations
- Beef can also be cooked and added to the wok mixture.
