Ingredients

  • 500g minced pork
  • 2 cups cooked SunRice Long Grain White rice
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk
  • 1 small onion, grated
  • 1 tblspn Thai red curry paste
  • 2 tblspns chopped fresh coriander

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in large mixing bowl and mix together.
  • Shape into balls with hands and flatten into patties.
  • Fry in a non-stick frypan for 10 minutes cook until browned on both sides.
  • Serve with sweet chilli sauce.
