Ingredients
- 500g minced pork
- 2 cups cooked SunRice Long Grain White rice
- 1/4 cup coconut milk
- 1 small onion, grated
- 1 tblspn Thai red curry paste
- 2 tblspns chopped fresh coriander
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in large mixing bowl and mix together.
- Shape into balls with hands and flatten into patties.
- Fry in a non-stick frypan for 10 minutes cook until browned on both sides.
- Serve with sweet chilli sauce.
