Ingredients
1 can of tuna
1 cup of vegies eg. peas corn caps
1 onion
Butter
Flour
2 cups of milk
1 tblspn of curry
1 packet of family plain SunRice rice
Instructions
- Fry onion slices till transparent, then add curry, stir, add butter melt, add flour and make rue.
- Add milk, whisk it so there are no lumps, then vegies when they are cooked.
- Add tuna last, stir and serve with hot rice.
