Ingredients
- 1 SunRice Vegetable Curry Basmati Rice 90 seconds
- 300g Chicken thigh fillets (cubed)
- 2 tbsp Tandoori paste
- 2 tbsp Plain yoghurt
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
Instructions
- In a bowl mix tandoori paste and yoghurt, add chicken and cover with marinate (can be marinated in advance and stored in the fridge overnight).
- Thread chicken on skewers, place onto a baking tray and place under a hot grill. Turn occasionally until cooked.
- Heat SunRice Vegetable Curry Basmati Rice 90 seconds as per pack instructions and serve chicken skewers on top of rice.
Tips
Garnish with lemon wedge and coriander, serve with mint yoghurt.
Variations
Try with prawns instead of chicken
