Ingredients

1 1/2 cups milk
300ml cream
100 broken white chocolate
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 eggs
1/3 cup caster sugar
3/4 cup rice, cooked
1/2 cup sultanas
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

1. Combine milk and cream in a saucepan. Bring to the boil, then immediately remove from the heat. Stir in chocolate and vanilla. Cool to room temperature.

2. Whisk the milk mixture, eggs and sugar until combined. Stir in rice and sultanas.

3. Pour mixture into baking dish. Sprinkle with cinnamon.

4. Add boiling water to come halfway up side of dish. Bake for 30 minutes.
